We have been breeding and raising fine alpacas for their luxurious fleeces for seven years. We specialize in Peruvian/ Allianza huacayas of color. We have white to black and every color in between, with one main focus – Fine Fleece. A difference you can feel. A difference you can see from the awards and histograms. A difference you can hear, from what the judges say about our alpacas. A difference you can own.
We first started with two full Peruvian import females and have bred up with amazing results. We have been blessed by God to have received a greater than expected female population, that we are now breeding second and third generations for even better results in regards to fleece. We have selected herdsires that continue to increase our herds expected progeny for fine fleeces. You will find genetics such as LB Remington, Camelot’s Triumphant Son, Designer Genes, Sunset Hills Andean Gold, SA Accoyo Royal Avenger, Fortunato’s Accoyo Maximus and the list goes on.
Our breeding program has and will always be on raising the American Alpaca herd upward in fleece and genetics. Maximus's fleece has been independently analyzed by a certified sorter 2009-
Results- Blanket WL3 with a density of 10 out of 10 and a uniformity of 8 out of 10 with medium amplitude of 4-5 crimps per inch. His brightness is a 9 out of 10.
